Korean pan cake



 How to make Korea kimchi pan cake (Kimchi jeon)



Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 egg
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
10 ounces kimchi, preferably aged, chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup kimchi juice
4 ounces scallions, finely minced using the greener parts
2 green chili peppers, minced
vegetable oil for frying

Dipping sauce:

2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar

   
     My favorite dish is Korean pan cake, and today I will tell you how to make it. First, collet all the ingredients - flour, kimchi, egg, solt, garlic, green chili peppers, scallions and water. second, beat flour, egg  and water till light. Then put chopped kimchi, garlic, solt, green chili  pepper and scallions. After that, get pen put in little oil. Next, put in batter in the pen and cook for 3min each side. finally, cool the pan cake for 5 min and enjoy it.
